STAN’S MANDATORY CONTRACT BETWEEN CONSTITUENTS AND PROSPECTIVE NOV 2010 CANDIDATES

1.  Moderates need not apply; they are useless fence straddlers.

2.  Candidates must present proof of being a constitutional conservative

3.  Their first priority must be to unite Tea Party and Libertarians together with proven Republican candidates under the Republican Party Banner to avoid splitting conservatives into factions that allow Democrat candidates to slip into office.

4.  In order for candidates to win conservative support they must first agree to release all personal records and sign a contract that will encompass most, if not all, of the provisions found herein; and said contract must be legally binding with ways and means to hold them accountable for breach of promises including, but not limited to censure and ways to remove them from office.

CONTRACT PROVISIONS / PROMISES

Beginning with their first day in office and thereafter elected candidates must relentlessly introduce bills, support similar bills submitted by others, and hold fast to the following actions:

1.  That every legislator must take the same oath to uphold the constitution of the United States as does every military candidate before entering into the armed forces and hold all those including the president of the United States to do likewise; furthermore they must take every action necessary to enforce said oaths, hold those that violate their oaths accountable resulting in censure or removal from office by whatever legal means necessary.

2.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to pass “The Fair Tax” and reinvent industry and prosperity in America!

3.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to impose term limits for congress and members of the administrative branch without any post service pensions whatsoever except social security and similar credits available to the general public!   
 
4.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to legislate that bills being considered by congress must be limited to one issue at a time without integrated ties to issues that are currently used to bribe (buy votes) to push legislation through to which the polls show are against the will of a majority of the people.

5.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to legislate that any legislation that mandates anything for the people must also apply to congress; including healthcare


6.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to pass legislation requiring congressional pay be tied to a percentage of the free-market gross national product, unemployment numbers, and other factors relative to the economy and state of the nation in general.

7.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to pass legislation that will prevent congress from receiving pay raises during periods of recession.  
 
8.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to legislate that every candidate for president must produce his birth certificate and educational records before they can enter the race!


9.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to legislate that only equal amounts of campaign money and media time be provided from the government to constitutionally eligible candidates for public office; baring all other sources of funding with extreme penalties for violation thereof. 

10.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to make voter fraud punishable by a minimum of $10,000 fine and / or ten years in a federal prison and create an ongoing voter fraud agency to enforce existing and new laws that may be enacted to deter the now ramped fraudulent practices going unnoticed or unchallenged!
 
11.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to legislate that all presidential debates be un-moderated and that questions be unknown to the candidates with questions being asked by the general population from random selections by lottery of natural or naturalized citizens that in order to be seated be required to take and pass a written and verified test consisting of true / false questions that will show that they have a grasp of TRUE US history, the constitution, bill of rights, and division of federal governmental powers.  Note:  Such would return power to the informed voting public and force candidates to debate without contrived answers to the questions posed.  Was it not the intent of our forefathers in establishing the Electoral College to prevent ignorant voters from taking the country in some disastrous direction?   
 
12.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive that mandates that any government official, regardless of political party affiliation elected or appointed in every branch of the federal government that fails to uphold his oath of office, specifically relevant the adherence and preservation of the US Constitution and US sovereignty shall be rendered ineffective, censored, or impeached!
Note: For example of prior offenses I would include President Bush for making the Mutual Prosperity and Security Agreement with Canada and Mexico that basically trashed US Sovereignty and his failure to secure US borders by whatever means necessary and any and all attempted ploys within trade agreements of UN agreements to diminish the provisions of The Constitution of the United States and its sovereignty.

13.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to enact a bill that would shore-up the preservation of the bill of rights including the right of the people to bear arms.
Note:  I would be mindful of the statements of our fore fathers including George Washington that stated the importance of 2nd amendment rights relative to the preservation of a free democratic republic.
 
14.  Introduce bills and continue to strive to legalize victimless crimes and issues primarily based upon religious convictions rather than constitutionality including, but not limited to, the legalization of prostitution, drugs, and abortion.
Note:  Relative to drug trafficking I would consider the massive reduction of crime when the profit is taken out of illegal drug trafficking.  Of course new laws would have to be enacted to control drug usage as alcohol misusage is currently controlled. It would also reduce prison populations, gang violence, and taxes.  In fact, combined with the fair tax, billions of dollars that now evade the US treasury from illegal practices would create billions of dollars in new revenue.  Additionally, some of the money could be used to reeducate criminals to otherwise become productive and prosperous citizens. Enacting laws to require young-adults to serve a minimum of two years in the US military or three years in the Peace Corps would also be a viable alternative to redirect gang members and others that depended upon criminal activity for their existence toward becoming assets to society while simultaneously strengthening our military and aid to third world countries.  I would also suggest legislation that would punish countries that do not curtail the production and distribution of illegal drugs into the United States; including Mexico!
 
15.  Introduce and continue to strive and pass a bill to declare English as the official language of the US…!
Note:  Common sense applies; remember the tower of babble? 
 
16.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass bills to preclude amnesty for illegal immigrants that will simultaneously pave pathways for background checks and citizenship through the normal legal immigration process! 
 
17.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to close our borders and allow Border States autonomy in securing them with or without federal interference or assistance including the use of, but not limited to, police and National Guard units.
 
18.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to limit trade unions to one simple basic factor:  That employee pay including benefits must be tied directly to an annually predetermined percentage of the net profits of employers before deductions for employer owners and key personal salaries and bonuses; and that all salaries and bonuses must be preapproved as a percentage of the profits by shareholders; not corrupt board members!  Common sense and avoidance of unionized-gang-rule applies.
 
19.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to nullify any bill forced through congress by the current and past administrations that usurped any constitutional rights, US sovereignty, or that resulted in the demise of free-market enterprises including healthcare.

20.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to repeal the Mutual Prosperity and Security Agreement with Canada and Mexico; it surrendered US Sovereignty and to my knowledge wasn’t approved by a two-thirds vote of the Senate! 

21.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill that automatically requires review by the judicial branch of any legislation that restricts, abridges, reduces, or abolishes any provision of the constitution or US sovereignty. 

22.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill that clearly reinforces the separation of powers as envisioned by our forefathers and outlined in the constitution that the judicial department shall not legislate from the bench and that members of congress shall be held accountable for allowing members of the judiciary from crossing said lines. 
 
23.  Strongly push for Legislation and continue to strive mandating that no trade agreement, executive order, or judicial ruling that usurps the constitutional rights of the people or subjugates our justice system to the world court or UN will be retroactively deemed to be unconstitutional!  Such would re-implement US sovereignty and stop the march by New World Order proponents known and unknown and preserve our constitution and bill of rights!
Note: those that attempt to do so should be removed from office and possibly be charged with treason.
 
24.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to move the United Nations Headquarters to France and let Europe pay the percentage that the US has been paying. 
 
25.  Introduce and continue to strive to enact a bill to profile all Arabs and Muslims, foreign and domestic, that predominately comprise the lot from which terrorist are spawned; this bill may be applied with a broader brush to discontinue “political correctness” from taking common-sense actions to deter or render the enemies of the United States and its people from harm.
Note:  Common sense applies!
 
26.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a series of bills that instead of feeding the world teach the people of countries that want to learn how to do what the US Government and its citizens (until lately) have done to make the US the greatest, most powerful, most prosperous, and most generous country in the world.
Note:   Recognize US greatness and don’t apologize for being all that we have been to the world!  Those that don’t like the America our forefathers envisioned would better serve America by leaving!
 
27.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to recapture the trust placed in our government by guaranteeing social security benefits and abolish taxation of social security income since those that paid in were taxed on the money when they earned it!

28.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass legislation that will provide free enterprise solutions to the rising costs and availability of healthcare to the American people.

29.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass legislation that will require congress to NEVER tap into social security funds for any purpose or any other socialized benefits programs existing or in the future in which the people covered there under paid or pay into such programs, but rather that such funds be invested in interest earnings diversified free-market instruments with protections from being negatively manipulated by unscrupulous banking or investment practices, entities, or persons.
 
30.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to reign in Goldman-Sachs and other corporations that have been able to bilk billions from the American people due to the actions or lack thereof of politicians that have with impunity changed and / or created loopholes in past laws that were supposed to see that such corruption and inconceivable financial rape didn’t occur!

31.  Introduce a bill and continue to strive to balance the federal budget and abolish the Fed; get back to the gold standard!  Replace the present taxation system with the “Fair Tax”. 
Note:  Those two actions alone could put America back on a path of prosperity without turning to sure-fire-toxic- socialism. 

32.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a bill to abolish the Federal Educational Department and return our public school system to conservative schooling that teaches truth relevant to the historical foundation and creation of the US and that centers on preparing our youth to take personal responsibility for their lives and teach solid work ethics and how to work, prosper, and help others to do likewise in a combined effort to enrich and strengthen our country as a whole.
Note:  A free and prosperous America depends upon it!
 
33.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass legislation that will require every person that attains the age of 18 and isn’t enrolled in college to spend two years in the military (draft) or three years the Peace Corps (draft).  It will benefit them, aid people of third world countries and strengthen US security.   This coupled with discipline and curricula in conservative public schools that were prevalent during the post WWII era would turn America around!   
 
34. Introduce and pass legislation that will reward manufacturing companies that produce their products in America using American workers, and penalize those that do otherwise!  The survival of America as we know it and the reindustrialization of America depend upon it.
Note:  And for God’s sake – establish a presentable business dress code and don’t buy into the line that some families can’t afford such clothing when they have no trouble buying outrageous attire, boom boxes, heavy chains….. Post WWII school dress codes fostered discipline, good conduct, and higher grades; and we didn’t need police officers on our campuses!

35.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass legislation to Drill here – drill now; access, refine and use every carbon based fuel under US soil and water while simultaneously developing clean  fuels that currently cannot produce the power our country needs and stop the US from being dependant upon foreign oil; that in itself is a national security threat.  Real science without a preconceived outcome and the fact that developing countries including China and India continue and will never stop producing fossil fuels mandates that the US produce and refine its own carbon fuels; not to mention that the world spins and every person on earth breaths the same air… It’s a huge economical and national security issue!   
 
36.  Introduce and continue to strive to pass a series of bills to take the offense against progressive lies that include the global warming farce and return the US to post-WWII- manufacturing, production, and distribution of products and services; especially those that will free the US from dependency on foreign oil that should be considered a serious security issue!

37.  Consider introducing a bill to pass legislation that will mandate a 70% estate tax at death simultaneously making all traditional methods of eluding the payment of estate taxes illegal.
Note:  No doubt all conservatives may think I just snapped; and rich progressives would agree!  Think “Kennedy Dynasty”; “Rockefeller Dynasty”; “European Lords” and the like… we raise our kids to do their best and they should; why shouldn’t every child begin at a relatively similar starting line?  We all begin in a cold room with a slap on the butt, are held up by our heals; and have a finger jammed down our throat; why not all begin on a level playing field and give the progressives one point when we die?

Stan’s “Stimulus Package” that will erase most of the national debt and revive the economy PLUS:

 

Replace the IRS with the Fair Tax

 

·         Give $200,000 to every legal US Citizen that has paid taxes, has annual adjusted gross income less than $75000 and net worth of less than $1,000,000 - call it “trickle-up” economics!

 

·         Abolish capital gains tax on every citizen that has a net worth of less than $1,000,000 and / or nets less than $75,000 annually!

 

·         Enact a serious free trade bill that mandates that no foreign country may enjoy advantages over US businesses, products, and services!

 

·         Penalize all American Corporations that use foreign labor and manufacturing of products and services they market in the United States to the extent that they would be no worse off if they moved their factories and other operations back to the United States; conversely offer incentives to those that do and provide jobs to Americans.

 

·         In rare cases when a government bailout of an industry or corporation is the only way to prevent a disaster, mandate that before any such government action is undertaken, CEO’s and others must return all bonuses first, and money’s provided to bolster the business and work a certain way to provide and secure jobs and uplift the economy cannot be used for bonuses and / or to pay stockholders!

 

·         Legalize illegal drugs (take the profit out of drug-trafficking) because such will save billions:  70% of violent crime is drug related and it cost more to keep a prisoner in jail for one year than it does to send a student to college!  God built the punishment into drug usage …

 

·         Give a free ticket home to illegal immigrants and declare English as the national language; no more “press one for English or two for Spanish”; no more multi-lingual signs in our stores and elsewhere.  Immigrants can learn English just like early 20^th century immigrants had to if they wanted to become citizens; like many of our grandfathers did.

 

·         Deport all illegal immigrant prisoners now; after collecting DNA, eye scans, and other positive ID and warn them that if they return they will be hung in the public square at dawn!  The choice will be theirs …

 

·         Secure our borders using whatever force necessary to stop illegal immigrants from entering the US; fund and make more legal avenues for them to become US citizens after undergoing background investigations to eliminate undesirables.  Check out the following web site: http://www.immigrationcounters.com/ 

 

·         Rid capitalistic enterprises of Unions other than a mandate that employee pay must be based on a fair percentage of the net profit of the company prior to bonuses taken by CEO’s and stockholders.   Pay scales must be based on the value of employees’ contribution to the business, education, experience, etc.; as it is in the military or government civil service criterion.

 

·         Drill here; drill now; build nuclear power plants (like France) while simultaneously developing “green fuels” and proportionately phase out carbon fuels when, and only when and if the new “green fuels” can deliver the same efficiency and degree of power now obtained from carbon fuels.

 

·         No bailouts for banks or corporations by the government; let them go bankrupt and try again; that’s the cycle of capitalism that makes the free market work! Bailouts are also a sneaky way to increase government ownership of private enterprises.  If this practice goes unchecked the government will own everything...!

 

·         Do away with legislation that deals with more than a single issue with up and down votes on each issue – no more pork laden bills or actions that don’t directly relate to the solving of the problem at hand!  Legislation should NEVER be based on politicians’ obligations to reward constituents for their votes if such legislation isn’t in the best interest of the entire country.  The government already provides money to states; let each state’s legislators decide where Federal money can best be used in their home states.
 

·         Limit congressmen in both houses to a maximum of terms equaling a total of twelve years!

 

·         Abolish all private contributions to presidential candidates with any person that is constitutionally qualified to receive equally mandated government financial support and media time at every governmental level with debates being open to public scrutiny and questioning Vs “staged debates” with moderators that can control the questions and rehearsed answers of candidates.

 

·         Instead of teaching socialism in public schools, teach self responsibility, self reliance, capitalism, economics, and wise financial decision making including earning and saving money instead of how to seek instant gratification upon graduation by beginning a life of paying interest to those who keep such wisdom to themselves.

 

·         Any ideology that purports to be a religion while it’s “holy book” is 95% politically geared to force its form of law and way of life on the US and that sponsors world-wide terrorism should be recognized for what it is; and is contrary to what our forefathers intended in the protection of religions that don’t have such an agenda.  To that end “We the People” have a right to demand that our government NOT be duped into allowing the destruction of our free democracy and culture by those who are currently using our constitutional rights to destroy us from within!  Such should be reflected in changes to our immigration and national security laws.  Google “Prophet of Doom” on the internet to get the cold, hard facts!

 

·         Politicians should be personally and legally held accountable for failing to preserve the sovereignty and culture of the United States including failure to prevent illegal immigration.

 

·         Politicians should be held personally and legally accountable for using the power of their offices to force banks to give loans to people that do not have the means to repay them and then bail them out using tax payer dollars; politicians that gain from such practices should be prosecuted and punished for corruption.

 

·         Politicians should be limited to the same benefits and lots of the programs they institute for the masses!

·         Keep your eye on powers given to FEMA operations because they are particularly prone to misuse of power in ways that ignore civil and constitutional rights.  Force your congressman to keep you informed about all possible threats of detainment and suspensions of constitutional rights. Keep in mind that it was FEMA that contracted Blackwater Security Forces to unlawfully raid private residences and remove guns from homes in New Orleans during hurricane Katrina! 

 

The bottom line is that more government power and controls aren’t the solutions to America’s problems; the fault lies in the abandonment of core American principles that foster national pride, capitalism, individual responsibility and freedom.  The fault lies with unconscionable legislators whose first priority is to stay in power for as long as they can while they continue to pass irresponsible legislation that promises continuance of the ongoing demise of a strong and secure America! It is up to “We the People” to find an effective way to force them to pass legislation to limit terms of office to a maximum of twelve years!  Liberalism and the ever increasing big government bureaucracy is destroying the United States from within more efficiently than the Soviet Union hoped to do during the cold war!

 

If Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Dick Durban, and others were to stand today before our forefathers and the brave men that gave their lives to preserve a strong and free America  they’d be charged with treason and at the very least be tarred and feathered and run out of Washington on a rail! 

 

I have no doubt that my stimulus package would result in immediate stimulus from the grassroots to corporate levels that would more or less permanently restore individual freedom and prosperity to all Americans whereas Obama and his liberal congressional cronies and the liberal-government-schooled narcissistic losers that voted for them will result in weakening our national security and a continuing decline in the freedom and prosperity of all Americans that have worked hard and made smart choices. 

 

It’s high time to set the record straight: The American dream is not and never has been the birthright of every citizen to be provided with their basic needs or wealth, but rather to be afforded the opportunity to take the personal responsibility to seek attainment of their needs and dreams.

 

 

 

It may be noted that unlike the stimulus package written by “Princess Pelosi & Clan” mine didn’t take thousands of pages stuffed with political “paybacks” and pork like the legislation democrats rammed through congress with few if any, including “Premier Obama”, having read the document!

Liberals do NOT hate guns; they only want to keep them from being used against their tyranny when true American Patriots have had enough and is why George Washington unconditionally stated the true meaning and reason for 2^nd Amendment rights:  “A free people ought not only are to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from ANY who might attempt to abuse them including their own government”.

Why I’m a conservative:

Conservatism embraces and encourages personal responsibility and freedom; liberalism enslaves its follower with promises that never can be kept for long if at all because government does NOT produce any goods or services that create wealth.

Wealth which goes hand-in-hand with a thriving economy is ONLY created through private enterprise, entrepreneurship, and free trade that are perpetually driven by supply and demand.

The purpose of government is to ensure the freedoms and rights enumerated in the United States Constitution and the bill of rights and to provide for the common wellbeing (not welfare – free lunches) and security of our nation; NOT to interfere, control, threaten, or browbeat private enterprise.

The only way government can produce anything including welfare (free lunches) is by taking something away from producers to give to non-producers or poor producers and that is called socialism or communism that has never, and will never work for more than a limited time until the economy and country collapses as was the case in the Soviet Union.

Basically, the government is the only entity that when empowered by a majority of people looking for free lunches can force the masses to buy what they are selling. With anything that is supposedly "free", there is always a hook and when it comes to governmental redistribution of wealth, the hook is a loss of personal responsibility, choices, rights, and freedom. In America, that means infringement upon or the surrendering of constitutional principles and bill of rights.

The American people, including the rich, are a charitable people; the government is not because those who administrate it pay what they give to others with money extorted from tax payers with 80% of the tax burden being paid by the top 20% earners. It’s called graduated taxation for all those who actually pay taxes and "welfare" to those who don’t.

It is ludicrous to coerce tax money from working people to pay for people who are mentally and physically capable of supporting themselves but chose not to make the effort. There are already many socialistic programs available financed by tax payers, and rightly so, for people who are either physically or mentally unable to provide the basic essentials of life for themselves and for retirees who have paid into social security and many charitable organizations, including churches and various other humanitarian associations usually fill in the gaps.

The problem is that people who often claim to be unable to provide themselves with the essentials of life confuse "essentials" with "luxuries" demanding that others provide them with cell phones, computers, televisions, designer clothing, gold watches … you name it, and as long as others are willing or forced to give in to their demands, there’s little incentive for such people to do what it takes to become qualified to fill higher paying jobs.

The "American Dream" is not one of a guarantee of "free lunches" to everyone from the cradle to the grave, but rather a guarantee of equal opportunity to rise from poverty to wealth through effort, study, work, and entrepreneurship. To that end government should strive, but government schools have lost sight of their roles and goals. "Do you want fries with that?" Or "Do you want paper or plastic" … are not careers; they are temporary stepping stones to better jobs that require more education, vocational skills, and experience. Owning a home is not a right; it is earned and often only after working hard, renting for a few or many years, and saving money to afford required down payments and have the resources to pay the mortgage payments.

Most "rich people" in America were not born rich, they earned their wealth and deserve to use it as they see fit. There is a saying that if everyone put all their money into a pot, those who attained wealth would have it all back within a few years. The only unfairness I see in the American system is that some are born into better circumstances than others, but I guess the government can either talk to God about that or simply pass a couple of laws applicable to everyone including themselves and that is: No child is handed great sums of money until they reach mid-age and all children have to compete equally for higher education, jobs, careers, etc. That’s as far left as I can go; it’s not redistribution of wealth but rather withholding wealth long enough to make sure that every child is born equal according to the constitution. Furthermore, I think that estate taxes should be as graduated as income tax and without any forms of shelters so that fewer "rich brats" will not be given a free ride that their parents earned. This will never happen though because those who have the gold make the rules and for some prideful and vein reason the rich that normally shun any form of welfare during their lives want to perpetuate class warfare by sustaining the same class they earned for their children who usually don’t deserve it. Nothing irritates me more than the arrogance reflected by grown brats that were born with a silver spoon in their mouths!

I pray that Barrack Obama as president will one day, before it’s too late, realize the facts and ultimate futility of his socialistic ideas and decides to be a bipartisan centrist leader who will work toward the realization of the visions of our forefathers. Unfortunately his associations, voting record, and ideas lean strongly toward the mind sets of Karl Marx Vs James Madison, and that’s scary! However, it isn’t the American way to do anything that threatens the life of any elected official and I deplore threats made against President-elect Obama. Being a liberal with socialistic ideas isn’t a crime and the American people have political and legal ways to depose those that give cause to be impeached. I am proud to live in a free country where a relatively young, articulate, and obviously smart black man with a wonderful family can be elected president by a popular vote.

Furthermore, I accept the will of the American people with some reservations of the intelligence level, degree of understanding of the issues, and motivations of many who voted for Obama. I will stand behind him until he violates his oath by failing to uphold the Constitution of the United States through unconstitutional presidential actions including the appointment of liberal judges to the Supreme Court that will make changes in it that will diminish our freedoms and rights including our 2^{nd amendment rights. If that occurs, I’ll do what’s proper: I’ll contact every conservative organization, representative, and senator in an effort to get him impeached. I will do likewise and rally others to do likewise if he invokes "The Fairness Doctrine" that I, and probably 95% of Americans see as a violation of constitutional freedom of speech and extension of freedom of the press. Talk radio is supported by supply and demand and if the majority of Americans were to stop listening to talk radio, then sponsors would stop financially supporting it through advertising fees paid to the radio stations. Conversely, liberal radio is unable to draw enough listeners and advertisers to support it and has had to be supported by ultra-wealthy far left whackos that support everything that is contrary to all that has made America great!}

Need the people of the US unite to form a "Radio Free America" with broadcasts coming from off shore or turn to using the internet as a medium to get their messages out? Oh, no doubt the internet is also in the crosshairs of any who might be inclined to silence free speech.

Historically the United States has repeatedly faced a swinging pendulum between liberalism and conservatism / socialism and capitalism since its inception; however Americans have so far been fortunate that a balance has been struck between the two opposing forces without a second civil war, but when a proponent of socialism displays a desire to disenfranchise the people and ban guns and other constitutional rights, the only logical reason for such is to remove the claws and teeth from opposing tigers. This is a serious sign of danger to the preservation of freedom because war, domestic or foreign, is an extension of politics and removal of the peoples’ ability to defend themselves against any who might abuse or subjugate them is an earmark of a dictator.

This was best stated by our first US President, George Washington: "A free people are not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from ANY who might attempt to abuse them including their own government".

For any President or Supreme Court judge to attempt to outlaw the right of the people to own, carry, and use guns to defend themselves, their homes, or their liberty would be tantamount to a treasonous decree of war against the people!

Freedom isn’t free: it has been bought with the blood of hundreds of thousands of freedom-loving American patriots, and history may have to repeat itself if the lessons weren’t learned or remembered. Enter Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin!

Recently I authorized the postings of a couple of comments to my blog blaming America for much of the corruption and misery suffered by Mexican nationals that the writers claim is justification for the onslaught of illegal immigration of Mexicans into the United States. After reading the writers' comments, I can’t blame them for their points of view, but several "wrongs" don’t make a "right".

To wit, after watching the movie, Border 2008 starring Jennifer Lopez, I was both horrified and angry about the usury and plight of women of Juarez, Mexico. Besides working long shifts for little pay, many are raped, murdered, and dumped into mass graves!  To date the women go unprotected to and from work and the authorities look the other way.

The movie was based upon appalling facts that reveal corruption on both sides of the border by US and Japanese industrialist, the rich and powerful, and politicians. Thus, besides NAFTA being one step toward an American Union that imports Mexican poverty to the United States and is partly the cause of the US economic calamity currently being experienced by lower and middle class Americans, it is also the prime factor that has caused the plight of Mexican workers and their desperate need to escape to the United States in search of work, liberty, and justice.

The bottom line exclaimed near the end of the movie is that every country has two sets of laws; one set for the rich and powerful and another set for the common people. Unfortunately the rich and powerful are not held accountable for rape, murder, and whatever other evil acts they commit! Corrupt politicians and law enforcement personnel on both sides of the border act as if their hands are not as bloody as those who actually commit such atrocities against others, but they share the negative karma that will come back to bite them in the ass in this life or, if they’re lucky, in the next.

Although I don’t condone the damnation of America as a whole as does the reverend Wright, I do hope that those who cause or contribute to cause great suffering by others in their greed for money and power are damned. Furthermore, it is my fondest wish that President-elect Barrack Obama sees his way to be a centrist and humanitarian who will clean house on our side of the border and export the American dream to Mexico instead of importing their corruption and poverty which President Bush, some of his predecessors, and other powerful people have fostered in their quest to create an American Union at the demise of the American people, our constitutional liberties, and sovereignty!

God help the sons’ of bitches, I hope they rot in hell! Maybe I finally understand what Jesus meant when he said that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven!

Throughout my blog I enumerate conservative and some truly progressive principles and actions that would solve most of what plagues the people of the United States and Mexico, but none seem to be in the best interest of the rich and powerful but would certainly return America to its greatness and hopefully uplift Mexico!

Seeing the Bigger Picture beyond the Obvious

Congratulations Joe The Plumber, Joe Six Pack, hockey moms, Sarah Palin, First Dude and All Yee Shakers, Bakers, and oh yah - you takers looking for a free lunch from your party leaders who won’t be sharing your fate.

Members of the US Senate and House of Representatives will one day be known as elite members of the US Oligarchy that along with the other branches of the government that have and continue secretly plotting the demise of a sovereign capitalistic democratic republic that was conceived by our forefathers and during the post WW II period ushered in the making of the most productive and generous country in the world known as the Untied States of America.   Unfortunately elitists have been working in the background and have perverted and stole the American Dream from being one of equal opportunity of its people to attain self respect, responsibility, success, and pride in earning and claiming a part of the great innovative prosperity according to each persons’ efforts and abilities.

They are known as liberals who now prefer to be called progressives, a term that at best is an oxymoron!   They will be credited with providing the people with low self esteem and dependence upon government with promises that they cannot keep to guarantee mediocre pacifications of their followers basic needs while they control their lives and rob them of basic liberties while themselves living high on the hog above and beyond the rules they make and impose upon the masses.       

While keeping “We The People” whose best interests they pretend to serve sidetracked with their traditional partisan differences, they are gloating in their self assured victory in selling America out to their own and foreign interests.  Has anyone noticed that except for Sarah Palin, all presidential runners are quite wealthy and / or supported by special interest big money while the local barber, or should I say – plumber, doesn’t stand a chance?

While we watch their controlled, contrived, and moderated ridiculously so called debates between presidential nominees bickering about their plans to address the issues, they plot and plan the destiny of America regardless of the will of the citizenry that they are supposed to represent.

Note: that I often use the word “citizenry” instead of “people” meaning exclusive of what illegal immigrants and foreigners may think or want.  The opinions and desires of foreigners may be a consideration, but always secondly to the will of the American citizenry!

They offer only temporary solutions to deep routed permanent problems while plotting in private to create a socialistic American Union and impending New World Socialistic Governmental Order over which they will rule and the only wealth that will be guaranteed barring a revolution is their own!

Nearly all the officials of all three branches of the US Federal Government have forsaken the price paid in blood by our military heroes who fought and died for the American ideal and worldwide freedom during WWII.   Brave American servicemen fought to conquer the NAZI ideology that most Americans today have forgotten was a totalitarian socialist movement; and about which younger Americans are not being taught today in government schools.  Instead they are taught by disillusioned socialistic utopian fools that hate America!

American voters have been sidetracked by an economic crisis that was perpetrated or at least allowed without restraint to occur predominately by liberals in the Senate and House of Representatives to which they have responded with a bail-out of financial institutions in direct defiance of the will of 80% of the American citizenry.    Unfortunately, public servants living in glass houses cannot throw rocks, so the corruption goes on while corrupt politicians that padded their own pockets during the sub-prime governmental lending mandates are escaping justice.  Incidentally, five million of those loans were made to illegal aliens, who were not required to have any money, a job, assets, or means to pay back the loans.    

“Democratic Change” doesn’t get it!  “Republican Real Change” falls short; the plans of both McCain and Obama are a farce because their solutions ignore the obvious permanent actions that would return America back to “mom, apple pie, and Chevrolet” AKA, The American Dream of small government, individual pride and responsibility, freedom, liberty, free markets, US sovereignty, controlled borders, enforced immigration laws, standard pathways toward selective citizenship, smart trade agreements, national defense, strong military, conservative education, a booming economy, and a big heart for helping the less fortunate due to factors beyond their own control at home and abroad.

When the US becomes like Western Europe that seems to be the goal of American liberals, there will be no America to bail them out and feed the hungry of the world and protect small countries from terrorists and bullies.  We will simply be as they are … a class of dumb and anal-contented grunts, no middle class, and the ruling elitists!

If our illustrious politicians had put America and ultimately the world first, here is what they would have done:

In Congress:
• No more stupid non-binding resolutions
• Line item veto for the president
• Abolish filibustering – it’s a waste of time and the taxpayers’ money
• Single issue or only related issues up & down voting without any pork!
• Take back constitutionally assigned legislative duties usurped by the Judicial
• Limit terms to a maximum of three
• Throw the UN out of NY and relocate it to France and let them pay the bill

The President
• Automatic impeachment and forfeiture of pension for not upholding his constitutional duties; especially in protecting the sovereignty of the US and control of our borders by whatever means necessary.

On The Economy:

• Fine and jail corrupt politicians that forced lending institutions to make loans to unqualified borrowers.
• Fine and jail corrupt politicians that personally profited from the practice.
• Abolish the graduated income tax and replace it with the “Fair Tax”
Note:  That alone would bail out the entire economy without any burden upon the taxpayers and future generations by bringing off shore corporations to America, collecting taxes from currently unreported incomes from any and all sources, legal and illegal!
• Drill here, drill now and build new refineries.
• Develop new sources of energy to eventually replace fossil fuels.
• Bring manufacturing, including steel mills back to America
• Make it proud for products to be stamped “Made in America”!
• Send ALL illegal immigrants, including prisoners back to their countries of origin according to my plan elsewhere in this blog - The savings would more than equal the 750 billion being taken from the taxpayers to bail out Wall Street.
• Legalize currently illegal drugs as was done with alcohol in accordance with my plan elsewhere in this blog; the punishment for taking illegal drugs was provided within the substances by God, is free, and will curb violent crime by 70%
• Jail the mayors of “sanctuary cities” for refusing to enforce federal immigration laws, fine the cities, and withhold federal funding.
• Amend the constitution regarding freedom of religion defining a religion as only those that do not have a political agenda to force a political and / or justice system upon the United States that is contrary to the system established by our forefathers and do not allow persons belonging to any such religion to immigrate or operate organizations within the US without openness, scrutiny and monitoring.

The very laws and safeguards that our forefathers built into the Constitution of the United States is being used in an insidious and evil way to actually destroy America from within and that applies to socialists, communists and dictators.   This would not be possible if public servants weren’t more interested in power and money than they are the preservation of our country, its heritage, culture, and American Dream which isn’t “welfare” or socialism!

Rebuild the family structure beginning with parents being held responsible for the actions of their minor children.  Pro-life is a religious issue and should not be forced upon non-believers; society cannot afford unwanted babies!  It’s not even fair to the unwanted children to be born into circumstances that don’t offer the same start as those born into well grounded and responsible family structures.   Parental responsibility and child rearing should be a subject taught not only to prospective parents in their early adulthood, but also to children above the elementary grades. 

Schooling is not to prepare every child for college, but rather to discover each child’s aptitudes and interests with curriculums including American history, world history, geography, comparative religions of the world and their associated historical affects upon the societies of the world and the world as a whole.  By late middle to early high school students should have a choice of vocational courses, business courses, and college preparation courses according to their aptitudes and interests.   Patriotism should be fostered as it was before America-hating liberal teachers and professors began bad-mouthing the United States in their classrooms.  Children and parents should have a choice between the two types of schools and curriculum.

The present generation of Americans has forgotten two words that were important to our forefathers:  Sedition and treason, and they had the mind and intestinal fortitude to protect America from its enemies within and abroad!

To know the truth, ask:  “What would the founders of our country and constitution do?”   If the answer is: “Have a Boston tea party”, or “Send them packing” ….. Now that’s “affirmative change” or should I say “affirmative preservation”?

It never ceases to amaze me that throughout recorded human history the lengths that mankind has stooped to attack all societies different from their own.  To think that men formed armies and marched on foot for hundreds, even thousands, of miles to kill and plunder peoples of other lands is mind boggling!
Unfortunately, other than for the world being smaller due to modern transportation, nothing has changed except the efficiency and horrors of the tools of warfare; instead of marching to shoot arrows and wield swords, now men fly jet airplanes loaded with weapons of mass destruction.   If only mankind could learn to use its ingenuity for the good of all men instead of inventing new and more horrific methods of waging war, the world would be a better place.  However, until mankind learns to harness the five passions of the mind without adhering to what they perceive as the will of what they decide is God and God’s will, nothing will change.  The pendulum will continue to swing back and forth between religious and associated political beliefs until mankind destroys itself and possibly the world. 

Meanwhile, my prayer is that all men will face the truth that nobody can scientifically and historically prove their religious beliefs are of a one and only supernatural entity that they have accepted as God and until they can prove such, back off and just be as understanding and tolerant of all that isn’t a direct threat to the general welfare of themselves, their country, and mankind.   I would advise to temper one’s mind, words, and actions toward all that is done without anger, greed, jealousy lust, and vanity that comprise mans’ negative nature.  A good test would be for each person and country to ask itself, how can I aide my brethren and the world toward universal enjoyment of life and let God worry about what man is incapable of positively perceiving which is God’s will!  Live and let live and defend against those who refuse to do likewise.  Charity begins within one’s self, within the family, community, country and then the world but to be able to be charitable, one must first be responsible, resourceful, and self reliant followed by the practice of aiding others to do likewise.

 Man makes too many laws that counter God’s built in natural penalties and it’s not up to society to outlaw them.   Most of man’s laws against “victimless crimes” propagate more crime and do more damage than the vices that God has allowed to exist for mankind to individually overcome or suffer the consequences and the punishments don’t cost the billions of wasted tax dollars that mandated law enforcement and punishments do!

Finally, any man who kills in the name of their concept of God, or “God’s Word” is not only a disillusioned murderer, but also underestimates the power of his own God because God doesn’t need mere piss ants to do His work; He could wipe out the entire population of the world with a wink of one eye!  Look for the political agenda and money behind such actions and the truth becomes quite apparent. 

Welcome to planet Earth, a boot camp for souls to learn contentment, compassion, patience, kindness, tolerance, temperance, fairness, freedom, love, and self restraint from the passions of the mind; but it isn’t up to one man or nation to force their points of view on another as long as that man or nation isn’t threatening their right to live in peace according to their own beliefs and customs.

Answer: Damned if I know; I asked my congressman if they are for internment of terrorists or conservatives who refuse to give up their patriotism and he avoided giving an answer.

Q:  What would Obama have said if I asked the same question of him?   According to his voting record and his agenda, he’d probably say they are for those folks in Pennsylvania who cling to their bibles and guns!

Herein you will see that Grassfire and other conservative activist groups are doing a good job addressing some of the important issues we face to preserve our nation as it was meant to be; however, none seem to be connecting the dots and taking a hard line to force liberal elitists in our congress and the mainstream news media to speak the plain truth and return America to all that has made it the most free and productive nation in the world.

First of all, the American citizenry should be educated and rallied to force conservative politicians to return to their Reagan conservatism or be voted out of office, however this will never happen as long as their legislators have unlimited numbers of terms to stay in power.

This is a serious flaw in our legislative system that needs to be rectified because elected congressional officials on both sides of the isle are chalking up a horrible record of disregarding the will of the majority of American people that have clearly stated their positions on issues that are paramount in the preservation of our country as we know it.  Two current examples are the ongoing secretive formation of an American Union and the closing of our borders before any amnesty plan is worked out.   

The only way I can see congressional members passing legislation to limit their own number of terms in office is if they are forced by the voters via issue-referendums to do so.  To expect otherwise is like asking a bear to put his paws up so you can shoot him down!  Does anyone have any ideas on how this could be accomplished?   

We should not adopt or let go unchallenged the host of perverted terminologies liberals apply to truisms i.e. "undocumented" instead of "illegal".  These subtle words are purposely invented by liberals to distort, deny truth, and confuse issues that are important to the survival of America as we know it.   Every conservative and non-conservative including media personnel should be called every time they use such terms; "liberals" are still liberals and NOT "progressives"!  This is important to remember because words have power with less educated and uninformed voters who can’t tell the difference.

The following are Issue-dots that are a part of a greater picture which must first be connected and then properly and forcefully addressed. 

· Illegal immigration and the purposeful failure of the past two Administrations to properly and effectively defend our borders and enforce our immigration laws; that is one more dot toward the formation of an American Union at the demise of the citizens of the United States including loss of constitutional rights, and possibly the constitution itself if the elitists NWO bunch get their way with the replacement of the US Supreme Court with the World Court and absorption of our armed services by the United Nations!  This is such an important issue to the preservation of the United States that I must state the alternative to the current socialistic pathway that is being forced on our citizenry:    Why have conservatives become emasculated and lost the intestinal fortitude to fight as hard as liberals do for their agendas for all that has made America great? The liberals want to replace our democratic republic and capitalism with an all-powerful socialistic-fascist government that will surely destroy America as we have known it!   Why don’t we continue doing what millions of brave Americans fought and died for which is to preserve our freedom and sovereignty and help other countries and peoples to do in their own countries what we have done here to attain the freedoms and standard of living that we enjoy?   Why do we not help Mexicans to force their government that keeps them from exercising self-determination and excelling in attainment of what they come to the US to get?  Why don’t our legislators take back the constitutional powers that the judicial system has usurped by legislating unattested from the bench?     

· The insidious secret elitist agenda of the formation of the American Union combining Canada, Mexico, and the United States about which Fox News doesn’t even speak against! (See the Late Great USA by Jerome Corsi)  These power-hungry people that ooze with what they say is empathy and concern for the less fortunate will in the end kill anyone who stands in their way!  It is important to remember that history repeats itself and that Hitler began as a socialist using environmental concerns as a sidetracking maneuver. 

· General denial of the unwavering Islamic threat to the world – "Radical Islam" is another politically connived term used to mask the horrendous agenda of ANY who embrace the Koran.  If you haven’t read "Prophet of Doom" free on the internet, I strongly suggest that it become mandatory reading for all, including our legislators and news media, who want to spare the Western World, especially the United States from the Islamic wrathful agenda of what is clearly laid out in the Koran.  The only thing that has changed since the sixth century is the wealth, technology, and weapons that Islamic Terrorists now possess!  This is why we must fight Islamic Jihadist wherever we find them because they are ultimately aiming at the United States!  I understand that there are millions of Muslims in America that are said to be peace loving, but unfortunately there is only one Koran, so how does any non-Muslim know which shun and which don't shun the pervasive preponderance of calls for Jihad including a command to "deceive the infidels"?   

· Illegal drug trade that accounts for up to 80% of violent crime in the US.  The solution is easy: clean up corruption in government and law enforcement, decriminalize drug usage, take the profit out of illegal drugs, apply laws similar to those for alcohol; spend the millions of dollars currently being spent fighting drug-related crime for drug use education and other services, and those who use drugs will reap the punishment that is built into drug use including death!  Anyone providing illegal drugs to minors should be given a stiff prison term; and anyone providing illegal drugs resulting in death should be charged with homicide with stiff sentences according to law.

· Inability of common voters to hold government servants from the President down to the lowest government employee accountable for their acts of malfeasance and impunity especially when they violate the Constitution and their oath of allegiance to the United States and their office.  This includes but is not limited to a president making pacts with foreign countries, including so-called simple trade agreements that are a steppingstone to the American Union and that undermine the continuance of US sovereignty and general welfare of hard-working the people.

· Liberal agendas and control within "government schools" and colleges that fail to teach true American History, forms of government, political science, patriotism, capitalism & free market enterprise, basic rules of wisdom for conduct without reference to religious affiliations, and behavior including conservative dress codes that are a prerequisite to discipline.  Worst of all, they do not foster individual responsibility, entrepreneurship, and the American dream that is attainable by all that are not mentally or physically handicapped.  They do not teach the difference between social entitlements to lazy unmotivated individuals who refuse to attain sufficient education and work to attain their desired standard of living Vs people who do or those that are legitimately mentally or physically unable to work.   

· Unbridled access to violent and pornographic materials to our youth that have too much time on their hands because they are over indulged, undisciplined, and don’t understand that freedom isn’t free and nobody owes them a living!  Although industries that cater to the detriment of our youth are free under the constitution to do anything that isn’t unlawful, some system must be created and enacted to make them take responsibility for the harm they do.

· As stated above: Unlimited number of terms of office for senators and representatives should be ended by a vote of the people who should rise up and demand that the issue be placed on ballots along with other self-serving issues that our elected servants refuse to change!

· The global warming hoax and resulting economic impact upon our country and the world that is another liberal ploy to curtail the American Dream and replace it with "big government" and loss of personal responsibility and liberties.  Conservatives are too meek in addressing this and all the issues herein.  There are an equal number of scientists on each side of the issue; however liberals continue to get their "Gore-ism" ways without public debate.   I don’t hear conservatives boldly demanding that the issue be debated and ask how global warming can be the fault of carbon dioxide emissions from vehicles and other greenhouse gases when the polar caps are melting on Mars and there are no people operating combustion engines there.  Additionally it was hotter during the 1930’s than it is now and people and animals probably exhale more carbon dioxide in a day than combustion engines generate in a year.    

· High gasoline and food prices gone wild because of the socialistic liberal agenda that is destroying America and its ability to preserve all that has made America great and ability to be the "food basket" of the world while preventing the US from drilling its own oil, building refineries, and becoming an exporter of oil to China and other countries to recoup the money we have borrowed from them, while being independent of foreign oil including from the Saudis who are funding thousands of Islamic mosques throughout America with the money we pay them for oil – go figure!  See how the dots connect?  What sense and difference does it make to the environment for the US to import foreign oil that we burn anyway or produce our own while new more environmental friendly fuels are developed to replace oil?

· Degradation of our military forces by liberals that is weakening the United States defense and ability to protect ourselves, allies, and democracies throughout the world.  To connect one of the fore-mentioned dots regarding the discipline of our youth, legislation should be enacted that will force every person who quits school before graduating high school to immediately be drafted into the armed forces or serve in the peace corps.  All graduates who after graduation don’t secure and maintain gainful employment enroll in a vocational school or college must do likewise.  The lack thereof is one of the main reasons that America’s culture, morality, patriotism, and sense of pride in the United States has drastically declined! 

· Economic blunders by our government includes bad trade agreements that put the United States at a disadvantage (thanks to President Bush-whacker and other NWO globalists), borrowing money from China and Mexico to buy oil from countries that use our own money contrary to our best interests is just the beginning of a string of stupid and wrongful practices.   When it comes to Mexico, instead of borrowing from the Mexican government, it should be reimbursing the US for the cost of the Mexicans that enter the US with its support and blessings!  For an idea of the cost to the US taxpayers please go to the following link: www.immigrationcounters.com/ 

· Failure of conservative activists and Fox news to investigate and make public the purpose of "Halliburton’s Internment Camps" being constructed throughout the US.  Are they to intern terrorists or conservative citizens at a point when we become too weak to defend ourselves from tyranny of an abusive government?

· Why isn’t Fox News,  O’Reily, Rush L, Hannity, and other talk-show hosts publicizing these issues?  Obviously, if a news media avoids tackling certain issues, they must either be intimidated by the government, or are a part of the conspiracy!   I have contacted most of them about these issues and my efforts have fallen on deaf ears.

· Gang crime and violence in the US is unacceptable and something has to be done to stop them cold even if we have to outsource gang related violent criminals to North Vietnam;  the death penalty must be universal for all convicted murderers in cases where forensic evidence is unquestionable.  Our judicial system needs an overhaul over and above the continued wealth that lawyers reap by keeping it stagnated.  I suggest adopting a system of three judges for each trial with one judge presiding over the trial and two others simultaneously performing the appeal process.  Those found guilty of murder and other capital crimes that are given the death sentence should be executed by firing squad on public TV within thirty days!  I suggest a new definition of "cruel and unusual punishment" which is:  The punishment could only be considered cruel and unusual if the suffering in the process of killing the condemned person is greater than what he or she did to his victims!  Why the hell should tax payers pay $30,000 per year in tax dollars to keep murderous monsters alive, many who will be released only to repeat their heinous crimes!

Joyous update June 2008!
The Supreme Court made the right ruling!
Our 2nd Amendment rights are safe for now with the recent five to four vote of the Supreme Court judges, but don't for a minute think that liberals are not going to continue to find ways to revisit the issue if they get a majority of leftist judges on the supreme court.  Mean while however they will try every legislative trick possible to restrict 2nd Amendment rights.  We may not have a conservative presidential candidate running in 08, but McCain has promised to nominate only conservative judges whereas Mr. "change" and "we can do it" (what and how - nobody knows) Marxist-Socialist Obama will certainly appoint liberal judges.  Because there will likely be three Supreme Court Judges retiring during the next presidential administration, it is imperative that Obama NOT be the next president!

There should be no question that the court ruling is correct in what our forefathers meant when they formulated the 2nd Amendment.

George Washington clearly stated:  "A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, including their own government."

That being said, already liberals, predominately democrats, are trying to restrict ownership and possession of personal firearms by "we the people" to 
single-shot revolvers and rifles as they call for bans on semi-automatic weapon ownership by private citizens.  In the light of George Washington's statement and the political arena and time during which the 2nd Amendment was written, it is only logical to conclude that "we the people" have the right to own and have ammunition for the same sort of firearms that are available to the government!  In George Washington's day equal weaponry would have been muskets and Gatling guns, both of which private citizens owned and used if necessary in defense of their lives and the lives of their loved ones as well as against "any who might attempt to abuse them including their own government".  Theoretically then, today's private citizens, if they could afford to buy them, should be able to have machine-guns, grenade launchers, tanks and fighter planes parked in their front yards and battle ships in their swimming pools!  

Oh, I have already heard the faulty logic even on Fox News when a panel member exposed his reasoning for forcing firearm restrictions on the American people; he cited Columbine!  Somehow the idiot thinks that by restricting law-abiding citizens including faculty members and senior students that have concealed weapons permits from carrying them on campus would decrease the number of shootings!  Not only are people that have that think like him mistaken, they obviously don't know or are ignoring the facts:  Some may sound trite, but they are: (1) If guns were outlawed, only bad guys would have them.  (2)  People that have concealed weapons permits are extremely unlikely to use a firearm in the commission of a felony and nationwide records prove it! (3) If some of the faculty members and senior students had been armed during the Columbine massacre, the shooter may have been stopped before killing anyone or more than one or two people! (4) If the "bad guys" knew that the "good guys" didn't have guns, they'd have nothing to fear and be more brazen in their crimes than they already are. (5) Law enforcement cannot be everywhere at once and usually arrive on scene too late to prevent bloodshed!  Finally, as history has proven, governments that know that its people are armed are not likely to attempt to rob them of their constitutional rights and freedoms; that's why the motives of any in government are suspect when they attempt to restrict private possession of firearms, and that includes supreme court judges that the congress should stop from legislating from the bench!  

The bigger picture as I see it is that this anti-gun issue is just one more step in the movement toward establishing an American Union.  Washington needs to be more concerned about the drug trafficking and related surge in violent crimes being committed by Mexicans that have been purposely allowed to flood our country through open borders - another planned step toward the formation of an American Union.

Note: I do not have anything against Mexicans or any other ethnic group immigrating to the United States LEGALLY, nor do I have a prejudice bone in my body toward any person based upon his race or creed. Personally I see every human being as soul and it doesn't matter what wrapper each soul is wearing when it comes into the world. What does matter is how each person impacts the quality of my life, my security, my wellbeing, and how he or she contributes or detracts from me, my family, my neighbors, my city, my state, or my country!
